Cancellation Policy and Fees
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure that we can maintain our standard of quality and service for all clients, we have the following cancellation policies in place:
Two Weeks Notice: For cancellations made two weeks prior to the event, we will need to charge a fee of 30% of the initial total price. The remainder will be refunded to you promptly.
One Week Notice: If a cancellation occurs one week prior to the event, we will charge 50% of the initial total price. The rest will be returned to you as a refund.
